Juices, herbal medicines contain all the vitamins, micronutrients and trace elements necessary to clean the blood of body. The plant juice can be part of the daily diet. They can also be used as healthy diet.

You can use many plants to make these juices:
Buckthorn, leek, fennel, lemon balm, carrot, celery, garlic, lemon ... all these plants have their own virtues, you must choose them according to your needs.
In this article we will talk about the juice of grass, birch and Aloe Vera.

The grass juice

This juice is a good ally to cleanse your body. It contains many vitamins, minerals, trace elements, enzymes and amino acids.

One can find:
Vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant that protects cells
Selenium is a trace element that fight against free radicals
Beta-carotene etc..

So this juice is helpful for the body, thanks to its high chlorophyll content, which aids digestion and calms stomach discomfort.
You can get the juice plant in pharmacies and health stores in your area. In use, we must follow the instructions.

The birch juice

It is prepared from the leaves of the tree. It can be a cure for this juice to facilitate eliminating waste through hyperoside, the diuretic and purifying. This is a good ally to lighten the skin and sallow complexion; another beneficial effect, it helps to alleviate pain related to rheumatism. The juice is drunk diluted in a glass of water or tea.

The aloe vera juice

It helps fight fatigue with vitamins (B, C, E) that contains minerals and trace elements (manganese, copper, iron, potassium). The juice also possesses enzymes that are there to facilitate digestion.
This juice is very popular with athletes and people who work hard. The juice drink is preferably before meals diluted in water or fruit juice. For a glass of water, count three tablespoons of aloe vera juice.
