The Dominican Republic, commonly called the Santo Domingo is one of the islands discovered by Christopher Columbus. It is the first country in America where were built the first cathedral, university, and other building inspired by the architecture of the old continent.

First Caribbean tourist destination to Cuba, the Dominican Republic has a rich flora and fauna diversity. Add to this, the sun, coconut trees and beaches of fine sand, you have all the ingredients for a perfect holiday. To benefit, it is essential to take time to travel the country.

Before departing Some formalities are required before boarding the plane. As a French, you must obviously have a valid passport or, for direct flights only, secure valid ID card with photo. The tourist card ($ 15) required to get from the airport.
